Shipping policy

SMC Traders ships orders across the UK and to selected international destinations.

UK Shipping

We offer free UK shipping on orders over £100.

Shipping charges for orders below £100 are shown at checkout before payment.

Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days, excluding UK bank holidays. 

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping service selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weekends, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

We may ship to selected international destinations.

Available shipping options and charges will be shown at checkout where international delivery is available.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges. Unless these charges are collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to you after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at smctraders74@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.

Courier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed service is stated.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photographs or delivery information.

We will review the issue and work with the courier where necessary.

Delivery Responsibility

For UK consumer orders, the goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you, or to another person you have nominated to receive them.
